Counseling is a process whereby each person learns to better manage their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. When thoughts, emotions and behaviors are not well managed, people often end up with losses such as a divorce, loss of a job, loss of friends and lacking a social life. All of these losses negatively impact the person's life.
In the process of counseling, each person is truly listened to allowing them to thoroughly explain how they feel and what is making their life difficult. After listening, Sue provides new ideas and strategies that will help the person better manage their thoughts, emotions and behaviors, thus leading to less losses in life and improved quality of life.
Counseling is interactive and each person is provided strategies and ideas that fit them. All of this is done in a respectful manner making counseling a pleasant experience.
